All rates are subject to change - please confirm rates when making your reservation. Rates do not include 7% Government Hotel Tax. Reservations: To secure your reservation, a 25% deposit is required and must be received by us within 14 days. Credit cards are not accepted. May we suggest alternate payment by International Money Order or Certified Cheque be sent to us via Federal Express, as mail service to the BVI can take up to one month. The full balance would be due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations occurring: 61 days or more prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee 45-60 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee 45 days or less prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee Additional Notes Regarding Cancellations: All Cancellations must be received in writing. In the event of your cancellation, and if we were able to re-book your EXACT rental dates, a cancellation fee of 20% is still charged. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures. Alternately we would be happy to credit you for a future booking taken within one year. Our ability to re-book cancelled dates will be influenced by the amount of notice we receive, the time of year and the demand from other vacationers. You may wish to obtain trip cancellation insurance, available through your travel professional. Damage Deposits: A credit card imprint is required at check-in as Damage Deposit. Check-In Time: 4:00 pm Check-Out Time: 10:00 am Cleaning: Your accommodation is cleaned before your arrival and again following your departure. Should you require additional maid service, this will incur an extra charge of $50/day and would include the change of bed linen, fresh towels, and light housekeeping. Laundry Facilities: There are no personal laundry facilities available in any of the villas. Public laundromats are located at Leverick Bay Resort and Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour. Additional Charges: Baby cribs - $10/night. (Babies in cribs are not counted in the person rates for villas). Additional persons/children sleeping in villa on cot or sofa bed/trundle bed - $50/night.
